Job summary

CLA, a top national professional services firm, seeks a Central Billing Coordinator in Indianapolis to manage client billing and practice administration across services. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to monitor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely billing.

The role emphasizes ongoing analysis of billing trends, coordination with leadership, and adherence to industry standards while supporting AR and WIP-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to manage billing expectations and propose amounts.
• Review billing information and correct discrepancies; maintain accurate billing records.
• Analyze industry regulations and trends related to client billing; ensure standards.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy; ensure out-of-scope activities are billed.
• Assist on billing-related matters such as new client setup and data validation.
• Support revenue cycle management tasks including AR posting and AR adjustments.
• Perform financial analysis on production, profitability, and WIP on a weekly basis.
