• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience in billing operations, revenue assurance, financial operations, payments or audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues.
