Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst/Finance Analyst to support financial and billing processes in a hybrid Philadelphia-area role. You will lead requirements sessions, document current and future-state processes, and develop functional requirements with end-user materials.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in financial analysis or billing, strong SQL and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or Billing Analyst.
• Strong background in finance or billing — telecom experience not required.
• Experience writing SQL queries to compare data sets.
• Experience writing business requirements for how financial processes should operate.
• Proven ability to run independently once ramped up.
• Excellent communication: assertive, structured, and able to work with overwhelmed stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial and Billing Analysis initiatives across products.
• Drive Business Analysis Delivery with stakeholders and define requirements.
• Establish Reporting and Success Tracking with KPIs and dashboards.
• Own Stakeholder Engagement and drive decisions with minimal direction.
