Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator to oversee client billing, collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams, and monitor invoices for accuracy. You will resolve billing discrepancies, support revenue cycle management, and help ensure timely, precise billing across advisory services.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, ongoing data validation, and proactive financial analysis to support leadership and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to understand billing expectations and industry standards.
• Review billing information to identify discrepancies and correct errors.
• Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends related to client billing.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness; ensure out of scope work is billed appropriately.
• Assist on billing-related items such as new client setup and Billing Schedules.
• Communicate with clients and CRLs to resolve billing issues.
• Support AR posting, data management updates, AR adjustments, and related tasks as needed.
• Follow up on aging A/R and analyze production and profitability with leadership weekly.
