Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and industry standards.
• Review billing information, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends across the firm related to client billing.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness; bill for out-of-scope work as needed.
• Assist with billing-related items such as new client setup and data validation.
