Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator to lead client invoicing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to monitor billing, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely, accurate invoices.

A strong billing or accounting background and PSA software proficiency are required. The role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy, and proactive financial analysis to support profitability and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to manage billing expectations and progress.
• Review billing information, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate records.
• Analyze aging and billing trends to support revenue cycle decisions.
• Process and monitor invoices, ensuring accuracy and scope compliance.
• Assist with billing schedules, prepaid and WIP tracking as needed.
• Communicate with clients and CRLs to resolve billing issues.
• Support overall revenue cycle activities including AR posting and data management.
• Provide financial analysis on production, profitability, and performance on a weekly basis.
