Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare.
• Experience delivering high-quality service and meeting productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients, Quest labs, and internal customers to resolve billing issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Manage internal service mailbox requests within 5-7 business days.
• Research and resolve inquiries from paper, fax, email, or phone.
• Work all correspondence batches in date order within timelines.
• Communicate effectively within the team to ensure coverage and proper mail handling.
• Review account activity and billing notes to ensure accurate billing resolutions.
• Liaise with clients, Quest labs, Accounts Payable, and business units on billing issues.
• Educate ES Business Unit on billing practices and protocols for accurate communication.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and Billing Web to handle requests.
• Ensure follow-up is completed outside the team when needed.
• Follow Quest guidelines and SOPs.
