Base pay range

$16.50/hr - $17.00/hr

Billing Representative Tier 1

As a Full Time Billing Representative at Wisper ISP, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, SMS, and in-person interactions at our retail storefront in Mascoutah, IL. By embodying our core values, you will follow billing procedures meticulously, troubleshoot customers' internet connectivity issues, and escalate complex issues appropriately. Your role will involve assisting customers with billing inquiries, ensuring access to online systems, and performing essential administrative tasks to support both customers and the local store front. If you are a problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while upholding integrity and innovation, this position is perfect for you.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p (Business is open until 6p. Coverage outside of scheduled shift may be needed on occasion)

This is an in-office position. Anyone who is brought on for this role will be expected to work in our local retail office full-time, 5 days a week. Candidate must live within one hour's driving distance from the local office and have reliable transportation.
