This onsite position in Mascoutah, IL, offers a competitive pay rate of$16.50-$17 per hour. Your role will involve ensuring accurate billing, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining customer accounts with utmost integrity.

As a Full Time Billing Representative at Wisper ISP, you will have the exciting opportunity toengage with customers through various communication channelsincluding phone, email, chat, SMS, and in-personinteractions at our retail storefront in Mascoutah, IL. By embodying our core values, you will follow billing procedures meticulously, troubleshoot customers' internet connectivity issues, and escalate complex issues appropriately. Your role will involveassisting customers with billing inquiries,ensuring access to online systems, andperforming essential administrative tasksto support both customers and the local store front. Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p (Business isopen until 6p. Coverage outside of scheduled shift may be needed on occasion)

This is an in-office position . Anyone who is brought on for this role will be expected to work in our local retail office full-time, 5 days a week. Candidate must live within one hour's driving distance from the local office and have reliable transportation.
