Job summary

Neumo is seeking an Audit Analyst (On-Site) for Westlake Village, CA. The role involves processing billing for hundreds of jurisdictions, maintaining timesheets, and preparing operational reports while coordinating with Client Services to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in business or information systems with 2–3 years of client reporting and billing experience, and strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, .NET, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Systems is required.
• 2–3 years of client reporting and billing experience in professional services.
• Knowledge of client billing systems and MS Excel/Access; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process billing for about 300 jurisdictions and weekly timesheets for ~50 auditors.
• Maintain weekly timesheet process and Tsheets imports.
• Set up Taxmaster files and manage user activations.
• Prepare operational reports for VP/AVP Audit Services and others.
• Improve billing, reporting, scheduling, and related department processes.
• Coordinate with Client Services to fulfill special client needs.
• Participate in special projects and develop procedures and org charts.
• Answer inquiries and assist in client/taxpayer meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
