Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC in Lindon, UT seeks an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day billing and accounting operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time. You will work with internal teams and carrier partners to maintain commissions, policy activity, and financial data.

This role also helps with month-end processes and resolving routine discrepancies to keep financial information reliable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 1–3 years of relevant accounting or financial experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable processes, and the preparation of journal entries.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities with strong communication to collaborate across teams.

Aufgaben

• Locate, review, and reconcile carrier commission statements with supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with agency representatives to support policy triage activities, tracking and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor the month-end bank reconciliation process and assist with research and issue resolution.
• Ensure data is entered into internal systems accurately and in a timely, consistent manner.
• Support the full month-end close process by aligning with deadlines and completing tasks timely.
