Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance in Portsmouth, NH seeks a Product Owner III for the Billing & Payments within US Retail Markets Servicing Platform. You will own billing capabilities used by employees and independent agents and drive the multi-year migration to a unified platform.

Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Billing Operations, Analytics, UX, Architecture and Engineering; define the product vision, roadmap and KPIs, while delivering measurable efficiency gains and strong customer

Qualifications

5+ years in product management or product owner roles with Agile delivery.
Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle with KPIs.
Strong stakeholder management across departments.
Data-driven decision making with analytics and KPIs.
Comfort with ambiguity and complex environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior leadership.
Billing, payments or insurance servicing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own billing and payments capabilities for employees and agents.
Define roadmap and prioritize backlog against outcomes.
Collaborate with Finance, Billing Operations, Analytics, UX, Architecture and Engineering.
Use data to size opportunities and validate impact.
Lead cross-team alignment and manage trade-offs.
