Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 1 year of process management experience.

Responsibilities

• Network & Gateway Fee Auditing: review, reconcile, and audit monthly invoices from gateways, banks, and card networks.
• Transaction Billing & Settlement: oversee end-to-end billing, fee application, payout reconciliation, and revenue assurance.
• Discrepancy & Dispute Resolution: investigate and resolve billing anomalies, downgrades, charges, and penalties with processors.
• Financial Reporting & Analytics: build dashboards tracking processing costs, cost-per-transaction, and margins.
• Process Optimization: evaluate routing and fee schedules to reduce manual reconciliation and costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance to configure new billing features accurately.
• Compliance & Governance: ensure billing practices comply with PCI-DSS and regulatory standards.
