Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• 1 year of process management experience.

Responsibilities

• Network & Gateway Fee Auditing: Review, reconcile, and audit monthly invoices from payment gateways, acquiring banks, and card networks.
• Transaction Billing & Settlement: Oversee end-to-end payment gateway transaction billing, fee application, payout reconciliation, and revenue assurance.
• Discrepancy & Dispute Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve billing anomalies and penalties with processor account managers.
• Financial Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards to track processing costs, cost-per-transaction, and margins.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate routing and fee schedules to reduce costs and remove manual reconciliation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, and Finance to configure billing features and payment methods.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure billing practices conform to PCI-DSS and applicable regulations.
