MaineHealth Corporate is seeking a Customer Service Associate III – SBO to handle incoming calls from patients, guarantors, and providers. You will process payments via online modules or payment devices and ensure payments are correctly posted to accounts.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Two years of related experience in a healthcare field or two years of previous call center experience required.
• Proficient Typing/keyboard skills, Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD, and billing practices (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming phone calls from patients, guarantors, and other healthcare providers.
• Process payments using online module or payment device and ensure payments are correctly applied to accounts.
• Research and respond to patient correspondence and voicemails.
• Support with revenue cycle activities and basic self-pay functions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer service quality.
