Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily operational tasks focused on billing and data entry.
• Provide support to RCS Service, RCS Finance, and RCS Client Engagement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new systems and technologies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation and departmental tools are created/maintained (procedures, aids, forms, training material).
• Handle special projects as assigned.
