Responsibilities

• Train and develop team through challenging assignments.
• Supervise daily activities and productivity.
• Develop, measure, and report meaningful key metrics.
• Establish group targets and strategy for achieving targets.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows.
• Lead department meetings and serve as escalation contact.
• Support overall mission and obligations of Tempus Unlimited.
