Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting and vendor relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals aligned with the organization's strategic plan.
• Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution; oversee scheduling, development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations; justify needs for systems/equipment and ensure stock and upkeep.
• Foster an environment that supports professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the department remains focused on its role in the continuum of care.
