Triumvirate Environmental in Somerville, MA is seeking a Client Billing Operations Analyst to own reporting and analysis that keeps sales, billing accuracy, and account operations running smoothly. You will build dashboards, translate data into clear visuals, and collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Technical Services to resolve data gaps and drive process improvements.

The role supports forecasting workload and ensures data quality across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 1–2+ years in sales operations, business operations, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and dashboard-building experience (Power BI, Tableau, or similar a plus).
• Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking CPQ status, onboarding progress, PO gaps, and team workload.
• Translate raw operational data into clear visuals and narratives for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Prepare data for QBRs, monthly waste account reporting, and leadership summaries.
• Analyze delays, rework, billing gaps, and bottlenecks to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Document processes and reporting logic to be repeatable and scalable.
• Support forecasting related to Sales Ops workload and capacity planning.
