Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Technical Services team. This role reports to the Senior Billing Analyst and will be onsite for the first 90 days before moving to a hybrid schedule.

You will create and review client invoices, manage billing setups, and coordinate pricing for new services while resolving discrepancies with sales, account management, and operations. Strong MS Office skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchase orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.).
• Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers in accordance with contract terms and company policies.
• Have a working knowledge of customer price schedules.
• Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy.
• Coordinate with other roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.
