The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of eBilling experience within an international law firm, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a commitment to quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance, accounting, or eBilling role within an international law firm.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technology aptitude.
• Advanced knowledge of eBillingHub required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proven customer-service mindset and commitment to quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the firmwide eBilling process to ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions.
• Monitor billing deadlines ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines.
• Develop and implement consistent eBilling best practices across offices.
• Evaluate and enhance existing workflows, focusing on automation.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop eBilling team members.
• Partner with the Director of Billing and Collections on hiring and training.
• Support special projects, including new software implementations.
