Physicians Dialysis is seeking a Billing Manager to lead the Billing Department within the Revenue Cycle. You will focus on collections, reducing A/R, HIPAA compliance, and driving process improvements across facilities.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, onboarding for new centers, cash flow optimization, and month-end close reporting. Strong leadership and healthcare billing expertise are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of medical billing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role, ideally in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and Federal regulations for Behavioral Health.
• Proficiency in billing and EMR systems and financial reporting tools.
• Professional certification preferred: CPC, CCS, or CPB.

• Coordinate billing for newly acquired centers and DeNovo facilities.
