Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare billing/revenue cycle experience, ABA preferred.

• Proficient with Excel and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ABA revenue cycle activities including claims and posting.
• Ensure timely submission and resolution of claims.
• Monitor AR, denials, and cash collections; report metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date ABA CPT codes and payer policies.
• Identify trends impacting reimbursement and cash flow.
• Train and develop billing staff; ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
