Addison Group is assisting a leading healthcare organization in Philadelphia to recruit a Billing Manager responsible for Customer Service and Self-Pay Collections, ensuring high patient satisfaction and timely AR collection.

You will lead teams, provide training, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements while optimizing cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of related healthcare revenue cycle experience, including supervisory or management roles.
• 3+ years of healthcare accounts receivable and/or insurance claims processing experience.
• 3+ years of Epic experience.
• 3+ years of Customer Service Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Customer Service and Self-Pay Collections operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Drive timely and effective collection of patient accounts receivable.
• Support resolution of complex patient billing and account inquiries.

Our client is a leading healthcare organization seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee Customer Service and Self-Pay Collections operations. This individual will be responsible for team performance, patient satisfaction, and the timely collection of patient accounts receivable.

Job Description:

The Manager – Single Billing Office will provide leadership, training, and operational oversight to Customer Service and Self-Pay Collections teams. This role will focus on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring accounts receivable is collected efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day Customer Service and Self-Pay Collections operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
