About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Setting: Onsite at a community-based health center
• Start: ASAP
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Responsibilities:

The Billing Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading the billing and coding team and overseeing daily revenue cycle operations
• Managing charge capture, payment posting, collections, A/R, and denial resolution
• Maintaining compliance with payer guidelines and coding regulations
• Preparing reports for leadership and supporting continuous process improvement
• Acting as liaison with outsourced billing vendors and responding to payer inquiries

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of billing experience in a healthcare or community health setting
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and payer requirements
• Proficiency with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR/PM system
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience handling audits and working with external billing vendors

Desired Skills:

• CPC or relevant billing/coding certification
• Familiarity with UDS reporting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience working with Medicaid-heavy or underserved populations
