Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking an experienced Billing Operations Manager to lead the strategic planning and prioritization of a high-volume billing team in Texas. You will optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive accuracy in monthly closings and AR reporting.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, at least 7 years in accounting, and strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team of billers and collaborate with clients and vendors.
Essential Functions: Including but not limited to the following: Ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department Ability to improve process efficiencies and solving problems Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Audits current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of billing Ensures that the activities of the billing operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department protocol, and follow Federal, State, and payer regulations, guidelines, and requirements Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes Month-end closing of the billing group information Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes Prepares and analyzes accounts receivable reports and weekly and monthly financial reports.
