Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; relocation/travel may be needed.
• Experience with telecom billing applications on IBM Mainframes and related tools.
• Authorised to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain billing applications.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support telecom billing processes including rating, invoicing, mediation, revenue assurance, and billing cycle management.
• Work with COBOL and mainframe technologies; participate in code reviews and testing.
