Qualifications

• Strong experience with mainframe technologies: COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM.
• Willingness to relocate or travel to client locations in the US.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and guide design decisions.
• Participate in software design discussions and document decisions for developers.
• Contribute to coding, integrate features, and maintain system stability.
• Perform code reviews, modify codebase, and manage repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, tests, and support activities for knowledge sharing.
