Job summary

The Wright Center for Women’s Health seeks a detail-driven Billing Manager to lead our Billing department and drive the revenue cycle with a guest-centered approach.

You will oversee end-to-end billing operations, AR performance, and a growing team, while building scalable processes aligned with EOS and ensuring timely, accurate reimbursement.

This leadership role emphasizes collaboration with front desk and clinical teams to enhance the financial experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• Strong leadership experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations including charge capture, submission, posting, and collections.
• Lead AR performance and develop strategies to reduce aging and improve cash flow.
• Coach and develop Billing team; establish workflows and performance standards.
• Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement EOS-aligned reporting.
