Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in billing, accounts receivable or related finance function.
• Proficiency in billing software and EHR systems.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and insurance processes.
• Ability to work under deadlines with high data accuracy.
• Travel across California; valid driver’s license and access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and disperse invoices with accuracy and proper authorizations.
• Post payments, adjustments and credits; reconcile to general ledger.
• Monitor billing queues and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with departments and payors to validate charges.
• Assist with month-end closing and audits.
• Coach and mentor Billing Specialists; support onboarding.
