Qualifications

• Understanding of the accounts receivable process is required.
• Background checks are a condition of employment.
• Prior billing/invoicing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoice clients daily using PeopleSoft and perform order audits.
• Maintain client log of specifications for invoice distribution.
• Verify price lists, taxes, and districts for contractor invoices.
