Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking a Billing Specialist to support accurate, timely invoicing and issue resolution. You will generate invoices, investigate discrepancies, communicate with customers, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Collections to ensure clean billing and timely reconciliations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year of billing, accounts receivable, accounting, administrative, or related experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices with appropriate backup from sales orders, service forms, contracts, and agreements.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Respond to customer and site inquiries related to billing in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Collections to ensure accurate billing and timely reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and ensure timely submission of invoices.
