Job summary

AES Indiana is seeking a Business Process & Solutions Analyst – Billing & Invoicing to own the billing and invoicing processes and lead the deployment of CIS changes by partnering with local and global digital teams and business stakeholders to turn strategy into customer outcomes.

You will coordinate with meter-to-cash operations, design SAP IS-U configuration, validate designs with stakeholders, and ensure changes are tested and compliant with tariffs and regulations while delivering reliable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

Identify and manage high-level business requirements for CIS system changes.
Design SAP IS-U configurations and customizations to meet requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to translate tariffs and regulations into CIS specs.
Provide daily support for operations and triage incidents and changes.
Validate designs with stakeholders and ensure timely deployment.
