Job summary

ESO is seeking an Implementation Specialist for Billing implementations to ensure successful onboarding of customers to our billing software. The role involves coordinating with customers, internal SMEs, and product teams to meet onboarding SLAs and timelines.

The candidate should bring at least 2 years of ambulance billing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ambulance billing experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Follow the predefined Onboarding process and meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with customers to configure within timeframe.
• Keep the client motivated and on task to complete onboarding.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with internal SMEs as needed.
• Support data conversions and deliver value throughout onboarding.
