Qualifications

• Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
• Experience in the restoration or insurance industry is desired.
• Experience in billing activities and writing estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize invoices to customer and insurance carriers.
• Review and audit field documentation.
• Create job estimates for Mitigation projects using Xactimate.
• Communicate and monitor status of projects with project managers and insurance companies.
• Prepare job file uploads and reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding inquiries on projects.
• Create and submit final billing documentation for invoicing.
