Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee billing and enrollment teams, ensuring accurate bills, timely enrollments, and revenue reporting for commercial and fully insured accounts.

You will manage month-end close, lead process improvements with IT and finance, and mentor supervisors to strengthen internal controls and on-time collections across a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of billing and enrollment operations experience.
• Experience in fast paced, high-volume, transaction-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and enrollment teams to ensure timely bills and enrollment completions.
• Lead revenue reporting and month-end close for commercial and fully insured accounts.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards.
