All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Houston, TX is seeking a Billing Dispatch Assistant to coordinate with customers and logistics teams, verify transport locations, and ensure vehicle data is accurately entered in our systems. You will support brokers with follow-up and maintain reliable communication with internal staff and clients.

The role emphasizes strong phone skills, problem-solving, and dependability, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays.

Formación

• Must have strong communication skills with both internal personnel and external customers.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Strong problem solving abilities and reliability.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
