Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Houston is seeking an Automotive Detail Lead to oversee detailing operations and lead a small team of detail associates. The role emphasizes hands-on detailing with washing, vacuuming, waxing, and applying protective sealant to maintain appearance and condition.

You will ensure service calls are handled promptly and professionally. You will recruit, train, and manage detail staff, create weekly schedules, and coordinate with the Lot Coordinator/Area Manager to meet

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Automotive detail experience required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality of work performed by All-Pro.
• Maximize efficiency and development of locations.
• Directly process recruiting, hiring training, and performance management of detail associates.
• Create and maintain weekly schedules and optimize as needed.
• Ensure proper end of day check out procedures are followed at each location.
• Communicate daily with Lot Coordinator/Area Manager.
• Hold meetings with all associates to discuss issues, daily goals and constraints.
• Work with Lot Coordinator/Area Manager to ensure proper staffing in place to handle current and new business.
• Reinforce standards for professionalism, appearance, vehicle, work ethic, customer service, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, waxing, and applying protective sealant to maintain appearance and condition.
