Load deposits into FLAIR/FL Palm, ensure timely entry, review CPT/ICD codes for billing, process Medicaid/Medicare claims, and track denials.

You will coordinate with clerks, providers, and supervisors to maintain accurate records and support financial operations.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of FLAIR/FL PALM systems.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Create and balance deposits for all departments.
• Load deposits into FLAIR/FL Palm systems.
• Process Medicaid, Medicare, HMO’s and other insurance claims.
• Review CPT/ICD codes for billing accuracy.
• Maintain a tracking system for claims and respond to denials with correct IDs.
