Nexus in Minnesota is seeking a Feed Billing Specialist to manage customer and member billing for products delivered from our mills. You will ensure billing accuracy, timely invoicing, and proper documentation while supporting financial operations and customer service.

You will assist grain receiving and office tasks, handle data entry into Feed Mill Manager, answer phones, and help walk-in customers as needed, contributing to smooth daily billing and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required or related experience.
• Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Billing accuracy and administration: ensure data accuracy, prepare invoices, and maintain records.
• Feed mill data and record management: enter bookings in Feed Mill Manager and keep organized records.
• Process efficiency and problem resolution: research and resolve billing discrepancies and data issues.
• Customer service and communication: serve as contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Grain receiving and office support: weigh grain trucks and provide general administrative support.
