Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Contract to Hire Customer Service Representative in O'Fallon, MO to interact with customers, resolve billing inquiries, and provide information on products and services. This onsite role will handle inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should possess strong communication, data entry skills, and basic MS Word/Excel knowledge. Role hours run 10:30am CST–7:00pm CST with potential shift changes as needed, and benefits accompany this temporary position.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
• Sales experience a plus
• Maintain performance standards within a fast-paced environment of customer service principles and practices
• Strong data entry skills are required

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service to incoming telephone calls in an automated call delivery environment
• Respond to customer inquiries, billing correspondence and complaints to achieve an optimal outcome
• Ensure complete resolution of all customer inquiries; coordinate end-to-end service with other business partners as needed
• Navigate multiple systems to research, analyze and resolve customer inquiries
• Work effectively in a team environment with professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Follow product and process guidelines and support other teams as priorities change
• Complete assignments and other duties as assigned
