Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Billing II who will handle billing inquiries by phone or correspondence to ensure accurate client billing. The role requires explaining billing information, guiding customers to provide missing data, and maintaining precise documentation across multiple systems.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in health insurance eligibility checks or revenue cycle exposure, and be comfortable working Pacific Time hours.
