Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit claims and invoices for services, including electronic claims.
• Verify demographics, eligibility, benefits, and coverage before billing.
• Review records for billing completeness and required documentation.
• Coordinate with clinicians to resolve missing or inconsistent billing information.
• Post payments and reconcile remittance information.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims and denials.
• Prepare corrections or assist with appeals as needed.
