V-Soft Consulting is hiring a Billing Coordinator in Menomonee Falls, WI to join our finance team. You will oversee daily invoicing for shipments, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with project management and sales to support direct contracts.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in accounting, a bachelor's in accounting, and proficiency in Excel and 10-key by touch. Knowledge of freight shipping processes is a plus; experience with AR/GL is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an accounting department.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• 10-key by touch and accurate data entry.
• Experience with invoicing and freight shipping processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate invoicing of customers for prior day shipments.
• Review freight costs, calculate markup, and invoice daily.
• Collaborate with project management and sales teams on direct contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of accounts receivable and general ledger procedures.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies with related departments.
