• Billing clerk or similar role experience.
• Solid working knowledge of accounting basics.
• Highly organized with strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent math and grammar skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Review invoices daily to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate charge or inventory discrepancies to relevant departments.
• Batch and post daily invoices for export.
• Review new job folders, verify billing accuracy, and deliver payments to Accounts Receivable.
• Enter new installation equipment into warranty site and update customer profiles in ServiceTitan.
• Track job details to monitor task completion and team productivity.
• Attend weekly Accounting Team Meetings to stay aligned with processes.
