Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Resolve escalated service concerns in partnership with operations.
• Monitor account satisfaction and address issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate account records and activity notes in the CRM.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention and loyalty.
• Coordinate with operations to fulfill service commitments.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics for accounts.
• Partner with sales on renewal and retention opportunities.
