Salt Dental Partners is seeking a billing specialist to support patient care through accurate insurance posting, cash posting, and AR management. You will interact with patients and staff to ensure a smooth, compliant billing process in a modern dental setting.

The role emphasizes dental terminology proficiency, strong communication, and teamwork to maintain a positive patient experience and efficient practice operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in medical or dental insurance or billing.
• Strong understanding of CDT codes and EOBs for dental insurance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire for professional growth.
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
