Job summary

Fox is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support the Finance & Ad Sales organization. You will manage billing workflows, investigate invoice discrepancies, and ensure revenue integrity across platforms while partnering with Account Executives, agencies, and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in media/billing, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and familiarity with ad sales systems. We value accuracy, customer service, and strong relationship-building with clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in media, advertising, billing or sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with ad sales/billing systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales and billing processes using sales systems and SOPs.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies with Sales, Operations, Traffic, Finance and agencies.
• Review campaign reports to verify delivery against IOs.
• Maintain billing process documentation and SOPs.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve billing accuracy and cash application.
• Work with Revenue Operations and Accounting on monthly invoice revisions.
• Review IOs for alignment with media plans, pricing and terms.
• Submit and track special billing requests; resolve inquiries from AE.
• Coordinate with Finance, Traffic and agency contacts to ensure timely billing.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Red Seat Ventures, a FOX Corporation company, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Billing Coordinator to support our Finance & Ad Sales organization. This role is responsible for managing billing-related workflows while supporting the broader end-to-end sales process, partnering closely with Account Executives, agencies, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution, revenue integrity, and strong client relationships across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the end-to-end sales and billing process by understanding and utilizing sales systems, tools, and procedures.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Traffic, Finance, and external customers to investigate invoice discrepancies, resolve issues, and support efficient billing processes.
• Review campaign reports and airchecks to verify delivery against contracted IOs
• Help maintain and improve billing process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities that enhance billing accuracy, cash application efficiency, reporting, and internal controls.
• Work closely with Revenue Operations and Accounting to review and advise on monthly customer invoice revisions and route for approvals as needed
• Review all IOs to ensure alignment with approved media plans, pricing, and billing terms.
• Submit, track, and resolve special billing requests.
• Respond to Account Executive requests related to billing details.
• Coordinate with internal finance and traffic teams, and agency personnel to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Work closely with client and agency contacts to address billing inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships

ABOUT YOU

Preferred 2+ years of experience in media, advertising, billing, or sales operations and experience with billing discrepancy handling.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience with STBS, WideOrbit, Salesforce, Workday or similar ad sales/billing systems is a plus.

Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, documentation and workflow automation preferred.

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Solutions-oriented, customer-service mindset with a focus on accuracy and revenue support.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-34.62 per hour.
