Ogletree Deakins is seeking a Billing Compliance Specialist to ensure accurate matter rates, discounts, and timekeeper rates. You will collaborate with attorneys and billing staff to prepare compliant ebills in line with client policies.
This remote-friendly role requires strong Excel and eBilling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Ogletree Deakins has an opportunity for an experienced Billing Compliance Specialist to join the Firm’s expanding team. The Billing Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate matter rate and discount setup, timekeeper proposals, new timekeeper rate setup, rate updates and working timekeeper lists. This includes successful submission of all assigned electronic bills by confirming that rates and matters comply with relevant legal and internal policies, such as engagements and billing guidelines.
This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where we have a physical office.

The pay range for this remote position varies by location. Pursuant to the applicable state and local regulations the pay range for each location is listed below. Actual compensation is contingent on relevant experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and the benefits described below. The application deadline for this position is 12/31/2026.
