Job summary

Wichita Urology Group in Wichita, Kansas, seeks a Revenue Cycle & Billing Operations supervisor to oversee daily billing functions with a focus on compliance, reporting accuracy and authorization workflows within a co‑management model alongside the Manager of Revenue Cycle & Billing Operations.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with payers on guidelines, and support in‑office dispensing and billing for surgeries, imaging, and medications, driving process improvements in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years medical billing and supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs, PPOs.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding, EMR, PQRS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee authorization processes and tracking for surgeries and services to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain the weekly billing update spreadsheet and review the monthly collections report.
• Manage RAC Audits by CMS, notify physicians of recoupments, and review policies for billing compliance.
• Keep staff and physicians informed of payer updates and changes.
• Collaborate on budget planning, biller workflow oversight and payer guideline reviews.
• Cross-train on in-office dispensing charges and payments to support operations.
• Cross-train on reviewing AR to provide secondary oversight and support.
• Performs additional duties as assigned or requested.
